Provided with one towel to share between two staying and advised it was standard. Couldn't get in or out the gate of the property which broken and got stuck halfway. When looking for assistance on multiple occasions at reception, it was found to be empty with nobody around. The amenities in the room are for show, where the fridge didn't work and the bedside lamps don't have have any bulbs. Our arrival seemed to be unexpected, with no hand towels in the bathrooms, no emergency lights for loadshedding until prompted, no milk for the coffee in the kitchenette and no pen to sign the check in sheet. Tried to contact the owner to share the experience of our stay, to allow them to improve, however, messages remain unanswered. Not worth the expensive prices.

We used to stay at Parrot Peek inn a lot, but there was a change of ownership and it is no longer the quiet relaxing environment it used to be. We requested the self catering option and there was only a stove and a fridge. We had to request the new management a kettle, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans. The tv was not working and this was replaced a day later. There is only open view channels. Then there is the arrival of guests at 02h00 in the morning, hooting, making a noise and laughing with the new owners for a full hour. At least the rooms are clean.

Excellent accommodation and service. Linda always goes the extra mile and we were very happy at Parrot Peek during our stay. I shall stay there again at the drop of a hat if Linda has a place open for me when I next visit the Eastern Cape.

Lovely Bnb, quiet suburb, spacious room, friendly owner. Linda goes above and beyond to make your stay amazing. Great breakfast spread. On site secure parking. Loved the stay and will be back there again.

Some of the first reviews was in 2014. After two years, all the good others said, are still true. Lovely place to overnight. Clean spacious rooms, and a real good breakfast. I would highly recommend this Bu0026B for business trips and even couples to spend a night or two.

I had a very nice stay. The owner's generosity is very welcoming. The rooms are very spacious with self catering option / kitchen. Its secured with own remote control and parking.

Friendliest lady ever to make me breakfast. Sublime accommodation and easy to find and just a little off the main road but still very quiet at night. Booked my boss in and got a promotion.
