Our store and Vernies are tenants of the same complex. Over the last 6 years, they have been the most kind and friendly neighborly tenants we could have. Their casual atmosphere is very accommodating for us. They have a wooden deck outside the bar which they provide as almost communal as they do not restrict people from using it outside their business hours. Their crowd and clientele are mostly composed and we have never had any problem with rowdy customers from their side causing any problems.
