I dont know if there's any delivery that excites me the way Roman's Pizza pies does???? OMW????mouth watering, I looooove the sweet chilli chicken with fetta! It's to die for

Nice pizza place. Always has a special the fit the budget. Thick or thin base pizza it's always filling. 15 to 20 minutes wait is not that long,but if you call and collect it makes a big difference in waiting time. Will be back there again...

I ordered 2 pizza 2 pizza pies and coke.
I receive one pizza with rotten avo pieces and don't think this is very good service from Roman's Pizza

Waited 30 minutes for my 4 large pizzas. I had to ask them if my pizza was ready! They stood talking instead of asking my number. I asked them to heat up the pizza, they took it back kept it and didn't heat it and still got the incorrect order. The manager had the nerve to cover for his staff.. Pathetic ???? To the manager this is not good customer service ????

Really annoyed with Romans, they are a franchise which should run the same specials Nation wide like other franchises for example KFC, DEBONAIRS, PIZZA HUT, SPUR, WIMPY, STEERS etc....

My family have been buying pizza from their Cambridge branch for over 10 years, and now I'm studding in P.E and saw a post come up on my time line. 2 large 1 topping pizzas for R99. So I went to the summerstrand brand and asked for the special and they said their is no such special. So I pulled up the advert and says only at Cambridge WHY????

When I made a comment on the post their reply was as we said it's only for Cambridge.

So they show preference to certain stores or customers.

DISGUSTED.....

Expensive on delivery charges. Pizza not that tasty either. Had a follow up call from the manager and had a promise made only for him to go back on his word. BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE ALL ROUND

Well yesterday I went to get a pizza pie for my son and I. I got to the door and rightly so I had forgotten to put my mask on which I did.... Pure forgetfulness as we had not been to any other shop. However there were customers in the store with masks under their chin and man phoning for directions for a delivery with no mask on. Surely what is right must be right for another. Well it took 45 minutes for 2 pizza pies. This is not the first time this has happened. I only go to the Cambridge store put of convenience. Staff arrived while we were waiting and they didn't even sanitise their hands when entering. On a previous occasion the cashier didn't even listen to me I had to repeat my order 3 times to her and the manager just sat there on his computer asking if the drivers had been paid the previous night. I have also received pasta that is burnt at the bottom. I really won't be returning. I'd rather go to 2 Brothers who have friendly staff and are accurate with time and no burnt food
