This parkrun surprisingly takes you through a lot of greenery even though its in town. You do two loops on the same course which is a quarter on the mashie gold course and the rest in bush. It's a relatively easy one with only two short inclines. The volunteers have created a very warm and fun atmosphere. The only downside is that you have to park on the street but atleast there is a car guard.

The only problem here is to repeat the course twice in order to run 5km. The path is also small, not easy to overtake especially when you have to repeat and meet the those walking.

An amazing parkrun situated very centrally in Cambridge East London. The route is a mixture of grass on the Mashie Golf course and trail paths through the adjacent bush. The paths are wide enough so that runners can pass walkers on the two lap course. The volunteers are very friendly and helpful and are constantly working on improving the route.

Mixture of different surfaces and a few hills making it a exciting parkrun. It's a great run/walk for all different type of fitness level. The volunteers are great. Everyone is so friendly and very helpful. If you are in the area it's definitely worth a visit.

This is an average difficulty parkrun with several hills. Very slippery when wet and some choke points. Arrive early to get a good starting spot. Parking is available on Olympic Avenue and car guards are present.
