Great service at the paint centre from a middle aged coloured gentleman( didn't get his name but give this man a raise!). The 1st guy sat behind the counter not looking like he is willing to help, and as if I was a nuisance asking him for prices of the paint and then this guy jumped right in. He should be appreciated, as he really helped me fast and you could see he has good knowledge if what he is doing.

Builders should definitely try and be more competitive with their pricing. They are overpriced on general products compared to places like Agri, therefore as a client I'd rather go to Agri than Builders.

The whole entire team at builders was amazing ... helping us knowing we working on a strict budget... Randal always helpful and giving us the best advice... but the most impressive part for me was Hansie who took those boards and really cut them so impressively .... Hansie thank you so much ... There is a lack of quality assistance in all of the stores compared to some years back. During my last visit, in contrast, I was helped most efficiently in the power tool department in the George store, albeit after a 15 minute wait.

Builder's George We would like to write a review on outstanding customer service from one of your staff members by the name of Tiffany ....On Friday afternoon we phoned Builders to find out if you had an Inverter in stock she said she will phone me back in 5min. Well she phoned me back in 3min !! She said they haven't got one in stock but will find out where she can get one for us ...she phoned me back within 30minutes and said she found one in Knysna and it will be in George Saturday morning....We were at Builder's at 8.05 and she was really just outstanding, efficient and sò friendly.
Really Builders you can be proud of your staff they go the extra mile for the customer. Afterwards other staff members were also involved and they were all sò helpful and friendly..Thankyou Builders

Came to the shop with some gardening supplies and was slightly disappointed as the lady was unaware of specific plant we were looking for only to search the area and find the exact plant were looking for. Otherwise staff at till and parking was very easy. Great store and seems like has alot to offer but didn't have time to view the whole store.

I recently returned my Ryobi electric hammer drill to be repaired under warranty for a small fault that developed - this was 2 months before the 2year warranty expired. The machine was sent away and returned after 3 weeks, stating that there was no fault on the machine. The personnel at BWH were aware that I was eager to get my machine back, so they first tested it before notifying me, and found that the fault for which I returned it was still present. They got approval to replace the machine with a new one and let me know that I could come and collect my brand new drill from the store. I was convinced that it would have been easy to repair the machine, but I consider it excellent customer service from BWH to replace my machine rather than making it my problem by having to wait another 3 weeks because the machine would have to be sent back again. I have had a number of Ryobi power tools for many years and in general these tools provided very good service and good value for money.

Very good experience... Clean inside and the staff were very friendly. Lots of space to move around and well packed.. You could find just about everything you would need there.
