Totally fantastic service and very neat and clean restaurant.. food is freshly made and all ways good... Fast response and open at convenient times. At least they open till late unlike McDonald's across road.

Fantastic, quick service. Their was an unruly customer whom complained about everything, and was yelling at staff, but the staff handled the situation very professionally and still managed to get our orders to us quickly even though the drive through was offline. Hats off and much respect to the staff, 'cause I would not have handled that customer so professionally????..

Their touch-screens order facilities inside are brilliant!???????? Very similar to those that Ster Kinekor have implemented ???????????????? This particular branch has an awesome Manageress who ensures that all her customers are happy u0026 comfortable whilst waiting for their order to be completed????

Usually is out favorite place,but a few times we have not been satisfied about something,either the shakes that has very little flavour,after their shakes used to be the best,or the burger special of R110 is so dry,we always order the wopper but it's not the same anymore,my last one dint even have pickles on.There was no moyo with our order,they dint even add napkins.went to the soda machine,two flavours were just soda water that came out,no ice.then there was the issue of how I was charged for my chicken wings,but that's a story for another day,I won't stop supporting this buisness,but it just won't be our favourite anymore.

Drove from Knysna to George. Our order didn't come with the kiddies juice and toy also her nuggets were hard as rocks

Extremely bad service. Had to wait very long for food in comparison with Burger Kings in Gauteng. It seems as if they are under staffed. The poor manager had to call "follow your screans" constantly. We specifically stopped at butger king cause mc donalds takes longer. This one was disappointing. We also had to go back as food were missing. Nuggets and burgers were missing. Bit of a mess

I am not a frequent burger joint consumer but this place deserves 5 out of 5 amongst burger food service. The burger i had was delicious and the staff were happy and helpful. You need nothing more, than this place offers, from a fast food outlet. Thank you Khanyisi for your lovely smile.
