We bought a new dishwasher from Game. On delivery the first one was dented, the second one had a faulty hinge. We received the 3rd one brand new, no problems at all. Through all of this Reagan, kept us up to date, and went out of his way to get the new and correct one to us as speedily as possible. Thank you Reagan and thank you Game.

We had to interrupt 3 staff members who was having a good time socializing on the sales floor. After seeking service we got treated with zero respect by a young man with no product knowledge. At the tills we had to wait again for staff to finish their conversations.
Finally we got home just to see the item we bought has clearly been used as a demonstration model.

Now we must drive back to that horrific store to return a used item!!!

Totally unprofessional, unhelpful and unacceptable!!

My online order has taken almost 3 weeks to get to me. I am very annoyed and disappointed. I will not be supporting their online store anymore.

Surely the most pathetic store I have ever come across. Staff are never available to help a person. Most of the staff does not have the knowledge to serve a section and then trying to get hold of the manager via phone is also useless - he/she doesn't take calls. RIP

Tried to buy a cell phone using tv licence as proof of residents they refuse to sell me a cell saying its not a proof of resident
