Beautiful location and views. Spacious and well equipped rooms. Comfortable beds and good quality linen and towels.
The one thing that let the whole experience down was the staff. There was no management on site and the staff were young,inexperienced and not very friendly. They were unable to answer basic questions about the area,as they were foreign volunteers with no hospitality experience. The one staff member clipped his toenails on the communal sofa and left the clippers and nail cuttings there afterwards.
Also the fridge behind the bar,that was fully stocked was off so no cold drinks were available. I was told that it draws too much power for the amount of guests currently staying at the guest house.

Place is as advertised. This is a awesome backpackers. With a typical backpackers vibe. We stayed in a private room. Room was clean and there was warm water all day. If you staying in the the dorms you might have some trouble at night with warm water as a few other backpackers complained.

Awesome views from the main area. Drinks reasonablly prices at the bar. Large garden area with seating outside as well.

It can be a bit loud at night if your staying at the bottom, doors opening and closings but this is expected of a backpackers. Super quite after 12 though.

The only one complaint I have which is why only 4 stars is that the wifi was down our entire stay. Was there for 5 days which is not the best especially if you traveling. The next person to review please confirm if the wifi is up or not. Super important for internationals.

Stayed here a few times and a must to go stay at this beautiful accommodation that caters for all budgets. Stunning Views and facilities and great staff that welcome you. Only 800m for the beautiful Victoria Bay Beach. This is my best place to visit on the Garden Route. A must!!!!!

Oooohhhhhh yeahhhhh!!!! Most epic place ever.... Kids, dogs, uncles and oumas, all welcome, if you lucky you might even find a olympic medal in the garden!!!

Friendly Hosts . Heinrich is super awesome. Very accomodating. Jackie was just as friendly. Thank you both. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Communal lounge with TV.

Its cozy and a super nice place to hang out. Definitely recommend.
