Room 6 bed was not comfortable and there was no bar Fridge, even the cleaners they didn't make it easy the noise was to loud,beside that it's a beautiful place

The TV wasn't clear. No Wi-Fi in the rooms. No Wi-Fi in the restaurant area. The restaurant is also closed.

Spent a night there and the next day I decided to extend my staying and my boyfriend called the reception to tell them, we were extending for another night and that he was on his way to pay for that day and the receptionist agreed. after a few minutes the cleaner knocked to tell me to leave and I literally explained everything to her but she didn't listen and I was told to pack my stuff and go and wait at the reception until my boyfriend arrives and which it did not even take him more than 15 minutes to arrive and speaking of which that was not even our first time using that place. If that wasn't enough I had to wait for more than 2hours for the room to be ready.

After a month we visited again ,the room we were given wasn't ready ,we had to go out for lunch thinking that, when we get back the room will be sorted but no!!.

I don't know on the ather rooms the one we were in is falling apart, taps loos, toilets, not flushing, bed not to great,am not happy at all with the state of the room we were in, I guess you'll can do better than this

It was oky I didn't expect anything the service was alright but I had few problems thos u had to buys everything there and wasn't what I payed for and for the price I got was wrth it io coffee or breakfast or anything I wouldn't let anyone go there there is a lot of problems there

Wi-Fi waa not operational upstairs. Highly frustrating when one has to pay extra for a value added service and then that doesn't work.
Other than that, the receptionist was reasonably polite and welcoming.

Great place and suitably positioned, 5 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport. Spacious and clean rooms. Value for money. I definitely recommend it.
