I liked it, its very good but the downside was reception and dining room being combined and people are registering and others disturbed while they are enjoying their meal

Aircons don't work properly and its located next to a lake making it cold and the blankets they have don't make a difference. The food isn't that but they need to work on their breakfast. Nontheless its a nice place

I did not stay myself. A friend from Cape Town did. Said rooms were clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

They must do something about their bedding. It's very cold next to the lake in winter. No warm bedding. I had to bring my own

Friendly and polite staff. Room was clean and comfortable but small. TV reception was poor and turned it off after 5min. WIFI was included in the rate and worked well. The breakfast for R85 was basic the Russian sausages and scrambled egg with chakalaka is terrible.

The receptionist that was on duty between last night and this morning is not welcoming. She didn't have a single smile on her face u0026 she seemed irritable. When she gave us keys to the room,she didn't even bother to direct us u0026 only gave us the floor our room is in. She can honestly improve her customer services skills
