The service was great, from front desk to room service. I enjoyed breakfast more than anything. Everything was done perfectly. The bathroom is spectacular too. The people were kind, warm, welcoming and lovey. The place is also close to everything. I am definately going to come back in summer. Thank you ❤️

Rooms are good, but no twin plugs to use in rooms, breakfast is just average... no back up when there's loadshedding... Overall a good place.. can do better

Most horrible experience. The room only has one window (apart from frosted bathroom window) which you can not open, unless you are fine with people walking past looking directly at your bed next to the window. No backup during load-shedding (unless you are OK with spending the load shedding hours at the receptions desk). They were unable to accommodate or upgrade. I moved out to another hotel after 2 nights (was booked for 5 nights). Will never see me again.

A happy, warm welcome from a smiling bunch of really lovely people! I am having one of the most pleasant stays in a long time! The room could do with a cozy chair.....

The rooms are relatively nice and it was a good stay however the shower head is barely controllable(hot and cold water don't mix well) and the water pressure is a bit lower than expected

It’s the second time we are coming. The first time we booked via a phone call and they never registered our booking. Our experience was ok though. The second time we booked through the Nicol website and it was actually dealt via private room. This means that the breakfast was not included (despite being advertised on the website), the keys were in a key lock and the reception could do nothing about our requests as it is dealt with private owners. When there was an electricity cut for the whole night the reception could not provide any lamp for example. It’s a weird way of managing these rooms and there is no transparency of who we are dealing with when we book.

Great space for the business traveler. Friendly staff and the food was very nice.
