Amazing guesthouse located on first avenue street. It is so quiet here, you literally hear birds every morning, the sound of the waves clashing. Beach is literally a stone away. The staff is amazing, service is out of this world and the guest house is so clean and quiet. Definitely a home away from home!!

Every time we stay at 1st Avenue Guest House, it is an absolute pleasure. The rooms are superb, the location is perfect (with easy access to the Boardwalk, beaches and restaurants) and the staff are efficient and friendly. Weston deserves a special mention and is always ready to help with a smile. I could not recommend them more...the best guesthouse in PE!

The bathrooms are great, the breakfast menu could include more options, the other visitors gate should be motorized heavy reliance on security to open for you poses a risk to the guest of getting hijacked for waiting too long on the drive way.

Lovely staff, great breakfast. Close to the beach. Very clean. In all very welcoming and pleasant.

The best. Client service is great. Restaurant on premises with a full on bar facilities if you feel in need of a drink. Big pool with braai facilities and very clean. Will stay there again!
