Great food and friendly service at this little Indian Takeaway at the Boardwalk Hotel complex. I had a divine Paneer in Red Sauce. Good vegetarian and vegan options.

If you love traditional Durban curry , this is the place to go. The mutton bunny is the real deal ! A deluge of curry gravy to soak in your bread in, combined with a lot of flavoursome curried meat. You will not be disappointed. This rates one of the best curries I’ve had. Will definitely be back.

Love Curry. I order it everywhere we travel. The shop is small and charming. The food and flavor is magnificent. I remember eating curry in Pretoria at one of the top 10 Restaurants in South Africa. The food we had there cannot compete with what we get from Hungry Peter. Its a takeaway but you take a piece of India home with the food. Nice flavor-packed portions of lip-smacking food.

Hungry Peter really makes you hungry. Food is authentic Indian. Best Indian food available in Port Elizabeth. Indian delicacies are finger licking delicious.Service is quick and friendly. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Enjoyed the food a lot....I recommend for those who really want to eat good Indian dishes as back in India.
