This is the great place to stay in Port Elizabeth when you visit. It has the best views of the sea, especially when you are on the highest floors.

There's a small gym also on the 8th floor. The rooms are well serviced daily, but they no longer provide the body lotion.

The downside here is that they don't have a buffet dinner, instead they issue vouchers to used at only 2 restaurants.

Great location but the hotel needs some upgrades. Small screen TV , no fridge in the room, no bottled water supplied, aircon doesn't blow out hot air. Let's not forget about the awful smell coming from the bathroom in the morning, this wasn't such a great stay.

Friendly service from front desk personnel. Breakfast could do with more halaal friendly meat options in the morning. We were asked to reserve a table at the window for the next morning but when the time came we were told we cannot reserve a breakfast table...Contradictory information.
The TV or satellite channels can be better.

Very friendly place. Staff and reception area quite helpful. Our team needed breakfast packs during our stay. Although we forgot to book for some people, the kitchen team obliged and assisted still

Very nice hotel. Perfect service and good mannered hotel staff ???? ????. I can't wait to go back to this hotel. Quality principles are higly adhered to n perfectly implemented. Keep it up.

Receiving and Receptionist ????, no staff at Reception had to call and wait for some odd minutes ????
Great location ????
Dinner was ????
Breakfast buffet was ????

The hotel needs some upgrades i.e changing the carpets, upgrading to Smart TVs , fridge in the room(convenient when I stay almost a week), bottled water atleast one bottle per day ????

Beautiful hotel with honest and friendly staff. The only thing I can complain about is the limited choice of DSTV channels. Also the small TV and it not being a smart TV.
