Super friendly host. Laid back. Lovely bathroom. Tastefully decorated.

Great garden.
Very clean rooms from top to bottom.
Very peaceful and nice decorations all over.
But, the pool was not clean.
The wifi signal was weak, there is no free breakfast and some channels are closed on the provided TV.

It was quite a stroke of luck that we found accomodation. It was very very short notice and on top of that we had a little dog as well. The host was very accomodating. The breakfast was of a high standard and more than I could eat. The parking was on the property and secure. The room: it was equipped with a very small kitchenette (microwave and mini fridge) and a lovely shower. Our toilet 'sang' though and the mattress was not quite what I prefer. I believe these things are being seen to. Overall very accomodating ????

Folks at Hunters Lodge were very accomodating at very short notice. Even our small dog was made welcome. Our whole family agreed it was some of the best sleep we had on our travels. Absolutely great breakfast! Within walking distance of Green Acres shopping centre. Quiet area annnd and they also have barbecue facilities for the rooms. Good place to stay!

This guest house might look a little run down for some guests, because of a lack to detail eg: weed between the paving, the outside table and chairs need to be cleaned and the swimming pool miss a twinkle in the eye.

Above mentioned might bother some guests and that is why I mentioned it. For my family, Hunter's and the host, Allan, was send from heaven. We booked at another Pet Friendly guest house in PE, and that was a total disappointment. It was a pure miracle that we found Hunter's, in high season, due to other guests leaving early to stay with friends.

What made our stay even more unique, was that we had our Maltese Poodle with us. Allan understood our predicament and allowed us and Lexi to stay. Please be respectful to this establishment and ask in advance if you are allowed to have a well trained dog with you.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, I was satisfied with the security (with a safe in the room), it is in walking distance from Green Acres shopping Mall and about 10 min from William Moffat (where you can do some good shopping and take the kids to the go-carts).

Although there is not a AC in the room, the refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

Every morning Allan surprised us with something special added to the breakfast.

Brilliant service, friendly manager Allan very accommodating. Great value for money, breakfast freshly prepared. I'll be back for sure.
