Quite quiet for a public holiday, but the food was fragrant and tasty. Shooters weren't served in shot glasses though, and the cocktail menu is limited.

Ordered a salmon bowl but it wasn't worth R89 at all. Completely devastated by this as I expected much more out of this store. Ordered via Uber eats and they changed drivers 3 times. Such an inconvenience. Eventually when the food came, it looked so little but when I mixed it, it came out even less. Completely disappointed.

Wow. What can I say. Amazing staff and food. My one young twin broke his arm a week before we visited and hurt it again in the play area. Staff rallied around to help and even gave him a free ice cream. Such an amazing experience.

We absolutely love Walmer Park, John Dory's. We go on a Monday and you also get 50% discount as pensioner price. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly, happy, attentive and super helpful. "Everyone loves John Dory's"

The atmosphere and setup of restaurant is great, however prices are a bit steep on wines and fish dishes. Furthermore, the food was subpar. The jalepenos that I got tasted frozen and thawed, the batter was tasteless and way too much, all the food had a similar "fried" taste. Not a good experience but super friendly staff ????
