Worst experience received from a take out.
Called through an order, lady taking my call informed me to call back after she took my complete order, as she is currently unable to assist due to her system being slow.

This evening, I tried them a last time and was informed that they dont have thick bases anymore, yet I'm asked thick or thin base. This is unbelievable.

Romans Walmer will most definitely never see
me again.

Wish you could give less then 1 star.

A pre-covid visit took us through the drive-thru, only to find that our telephonic order had been lost. Once found, we had some delicious pizza.

Staff busy on their phones when waiting to be served. Small order and store quiet yet am waiting over 30 min for a pizza pie order. Used to receive good service from this branch but it's not at all being upheld. The food is still good as it always is.

Not very busy, but the service was very slow. Told order will take 20min, but took nearly 40min. Quality of food is good and worth the extra wait but tell me 40 min then

Was waiting long for my order and when I ask what was taking so long just said we missed one of the pizza I order.but order was on the sam slip????and just said I must wait (while the other pizza of mine is getting cold no sorry for the inconvenience nothing.there is just no more customers service ????

My telephone order was done quick, effectively and professionally. No issues was had upon pick-up either. Food was ready and still hot at the specific time of collecting.
