I went there last week and I'm DISGUSTED sad and disappointed as this is the only restaurant I go to sit down at, I waited more than a half an HOUR for my food, didn't even get checked if I needed anything since I'm sitting there so long and when I got my food this is the rubbish I've gotten uncooked food that made me sick when I got home..

If you ever see me here, shoot me. Maybe for the kids, but definitely not worth my money. Takes the cup for the worst wings I've ever hadu0026 fries???????????? too. The wings sauce was horrible with after taste, fries are dry and probably McCain brand.

What a disaster.. Ordered the carnivore sub and the bacon was raw! 100% raw!! Chicken strips was cold and the cheese sauce oily. Not properly coated and broken into pieces. Strips was re heated came to the table dark and soggy. Waited 45 min for food that we could not eat. Very disappointed in the food. It's sad when the kitchen staff does not take pride in the food they prepare or send out to paying customers.

Arrived with my granddaughter just before 12 today. Only about 6 other tables occupied. As no waitress was forthcoming, sent my granddaughter to fetch a menu from another table. About 7 minutes later, a family of 5 arrived and immediately Tseseng went to them. They told her would be taking 2 more tables. Took their drinks order and still ignored us!! When their drinks arrived, served them and again left. By now was about 15 minutes later. I got up and went to where about 5 waitresses were standing and asked to see Mgr. A gentleman came from back area, wet hands which was wiping on his black cotton jacket. No name badge to indicate who he is. Ps, is name is Elton i was told by a waitress when i asked. Suggest you get yourself a name badge Elton, and dry your hands wherever you are, and not when dealing with the public!!
Said will send someone to our table immediately. The final straw was when we placed our order, I asked for the childrens option for my granddaughter with pizza, soda, ice-cream and toy - only to be told that they have run out of the toy packs. Not sure how any well run business can run out of anything.
So goodbye Panarottis Walmer Park, definately won't be seeing me again. Your service is appalling, but perhaps your waitress thinks bigger tables give bigger tips. Now i understand why so many tables were empty at lunch time. Low reviews on different sites explains why your tables are so empty.

Hello,

Phoned order in, got there in about 20mins.

Waitress was helping another customer infront of me at the register. Waited for 15mins and another lady walked in behind me. The waitress didn't acknowledge me and proceeded to help the lady behind me.
I stated, while being ignored, that I was collecting and I phoned in my order already. I got a hand gesture to tell me to 'go away'.

So I did, I went to Roman's pizza drive through which is a stones throw away and got my food in 15mins.

I understand if a waitress is busy and cannot attent to more than one person at a time but there were 3 in house staff wiping forks in the back of the restaurant with no customers sitting inside. The staff seem to be in need of a training course of how to deal with a customer coming in to the restaurant.

Wish you guys the best but unfortunately this isn't the first time I've run into this kind of service at the walmer branch and I won't be back.

A really poor experience. The kitchen was either understaffed or overwhelmed, but we waited over an hour for our food while, one after another, irate takeaway customers passed our table to demand their money back for having to wait so long. Kitchen smoke also drifted through into the seating area quite severely. All-in-all a great disappointment.
