I couldn't wait long as I was rushing to catch a bus n decided to go n order a pizza from home . Otherwise their service is always excellent to me , can't complain.

This is a nice restaurant at the centre of the city, it is very clean, and some of workers are very friendly and give fast service but some are just something else, well you can either dine in or order a takeaway, there's a very nice clean little space for dining in, and about takeaway, you can either order in store or online, and there is no delivery on kfc website. Guess that's all I can say.

Good service, I bought a bucket of chicken , and I was told prior payment that it will take a little longer since it was a bigger order so I will have to be patient...

I've enjoyed being on the restaurant. It's quick. You don't stand a lot in ques. The dining area is beautiful arranged. And the staff is nice too. However the restaurant is small and usually gets crowded leading to customers not being able to dine in.

No social distancing observed. This outlet was overcrowded. Definitely unhygienic.
Teach your staff to be honest with waiting period. If I ask how long will I wait for my order, 10min must be 10min or less not otherwise, there's a reason we ask. Dishonesty is also disrespectful.

Worst delivery service,I waited for my food for almost 2 hours, the driver was standing in the same place for over an hour. I could never recommend buying from KFC Traduna Mall if you are going to choose a delivery option.
And I ended up not even getting my food.
