Very nice place to visit while in Port Elizabeth. The art here is very immaculate and different. Is it nice to see this side of South Africa in the heart of the Windy City. I would recommend anyone to spend 15 to 20 minutes here and marvel at the beautiful art. There is no entrance fee so you have no excuse not to visit.

Everything was closed, various plaques for the artworks missing with some of the artworks defaced. The area is not well maintained with trash everywhere.
Good views of the bay and city though.

The place is okay. But hadn't been taken care of in a while. The grass around the place is knee high and there are empty glass bottles all around.
