Well looked after municipal pool. Cheap entry fee and life guards everywhere. I recommend this for the whole family. Bring camping gear and stay all day!

This is a wonderful kids playground located in the larger park of King's Beach. there are a nice selection of outdoor play gyms that the kids can play with, the municipality tries to maintain this and has done a good job at that. I would not frequent the area after dark as it can become a security risk, but during the daytime there are lots of families in the area.

Kids Park is the perfect outing for a family, whether just for a slow scenic stroll or a brisk walk or a jog. This park is ideally situated on the beach front with many attractions and some vendors with stalls offering a variety of wares. For the fitness conscious there is a outdoor gym and for the kids there is a jungle gym, swings and many other play areas including a skate park. The walk way is wide enough to allow cyclists and its a common sight to see adults and their young ones all enjoying bicycle rides. We used to even take my younger grandkids little plastic scooters for them to ride through the park. There are a few swimming pools with slippery slides or waterfalls but there's a small fee involved which is a preventative measure for any Tom, Dick u0026 Harry to abuse the facilities especially the ablution block.
At the one end of the park nearer to McDonald's you will find McArthurs which has 3 pools, a regular, a tidal pool plus a baby pool and slippery slide.

Good to go place with kids. Very busy in the holiday season. Also stalls selling odd stuff on some Sundays. Clean and interesting layout.

A nice outdoor space to take your kids to enjoy nature. Kids spend so much time on technology we need more such spaces.

A lovely place to take a Sunday afternoon stroll or enjoy the beach side ????️ the stalls they have there are just as good and the people are super friendly
