Went with the family for a celebratory breakfast. Beautiful setting and the staff were friendly but unfortunately the breakfast left much to be desired. The food was cold and elements were missing off the plate. Two slices of normal white (un-toasted) bread served with the Eggs Benedict...they ran out of spinach which was substituted with mushrooms and I had to ask for the Macon. Also had to ask for the toast that is meant to come with the Full English Breakfast. I would definitely consider going back if they could improve on the quality of their breakfast as the place itself really is stunning.

Beautiful tranquil setting . Staff is super friendly and the Spa facility is ????. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms can be rated amongst the 5 star hotels in the country. A stones throw from the beach and hustle and bustle . An oasis on this busy strip of beach property.

Lovely hotel, so tranquil and pretty inside. Room was very spacious and furnished to a high standard. Bathroom had an amazing shower. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, with a wide choice available. Good location and within walking distance to restaurants and sea. We were just here overnight in transit but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again. Thanks everyone :D

Absolutely delightful rooms...very spacious...I mean very spacious. about 400 to 450 square feet including the rest rooms.Very simple and classy interiors with a resort kinda feel. Simple rustic outdoors .The buffet was neat and had a continental spread . It is just a few 100 metres from the beach road and probably less than a kilometer away from the popular eateries along the beach road..pity I could spend only a night...am sure that I will be back for more.

Farouk and Yasmien Gamieldien booked in at the Windermere Hotel on the 15 February for our 40 wedding anniversary.It was an experience beyond words. STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ,ROOM WAS LOVELY,FOOD WAS DEVINE AND THE MASSAGE WAS JUST WHAT WE NEEDED.I WAS AMAZED AT THE PRICING IT WAS NPT EXPENSIVE. WINDERMERE HOTEL HAS BEEN RECOMMENDE TO ALL MY CONTACTS AND THEY WILL DEFINITELE BE SEEING US OFTEN

Lovely hotel with peaceful, modern aesthetics. I did a matric farewell photoshoot here and the photos came out beautiful. Super welcoming staff, too!

I will definitely be back over an over again, all covid regulations and protocols adhered to, friendly service, friendly staff, amazing service, every need looked after, one of my best experiences and will definitely be back again, the rooms are huge, the entire place is clean, and really 5 star service, i loved my stay and would highly recommend it.
