Speedpoint at the kiosk/self-service not working, so I still had to go stand in the normal queue.
Love their points and deals app. Bought a meal the other time using points, which is great

Zanele in the café made my experience 5 stars. She exhibited a warm attitude and a spirit of excellence in her service I wemt twice both times she helped above and beyond.

The Cape Road McDonald is very busy! They got our order wrong twice with one order. The lady blamed the fact that I ordered on my app which did not make sense as the only difference is that app order numbers are different.

The staff was friendly but they are honestly overrun with the drive-through and the walk-in clients during peak times which looks like its almost all the time. Maybe they were under staffed as the staff was really trying their best.

The place was way too full and its still nerve wrecking as we need to be Covid safe.

Terrible service in the mornings… I go to McDonald’s cape road twice a week every morning to get my kids Hot chocolate.. So today when I get to the collection window the lady tells me to go park and I asked why- She doesn’t give me an answer instead she tells me that if I don’t go to parking She will serve the car behind me and that exactly what she did.. My kids were wondering why are they not getting their Hot chocolate and it is not the 1st time We have to wait 10 to 15min just for Hot chocolate and it’s a rush to school. Not happy at all with the treatment. I even took the picture of the lady who was giving me bad service.

I Just ordered from Uber eats, ordered Large Big Mac meal!!, The chips are old and the amount of chips inside isn't a large chips its like a medium, the big mac was just thrown in the box, so messy didn't took nice. Most of the sause is outside the burger in the box, next to the Burger!!,, i asked for a Stoney Zero, i got Coke Zero...

In my younger days i always used to order my food only by you,, this was the last time EVER!! Never will i waste my money on you.
Everything is falling apart in South Africa.....

Ps: I enjoy the McDonald's in Springfield muCH more. I won't even bother to say fix your problems because i aint coming back to you. ProblemS will never be fixed, THAT'S the problem.....

My every morning stop before I start my shift till 6..breakfast every morning st McDonald's with my betterhalf has been the best start to my day ahead

Generally has good food and the fastest MacDonald’s in the region. The fries I had tonight were the worst. Looks like they left a rookie with the salt unsupervised. Literally salt with fries on, not the other way around. #Disappointed
