Service is great and the food is excellent as always. I love McDonald’s and I will keep returning as the food is always up to standard. The chilli meals are SPICY so be careful!

I stay in Circular drive and i drive all the way to Linton Grange's McDonald's, best McDonald's in PE, 3 times in a row now that the meals are fresh, fries ???? are fresh burgers ???? are hot and fresh/ juicy!!!! I always used to go to Circular drive McDonald's but the last few times they don't have this or that or they not fresh , fries are old and burgers cold and old!!! I'd rather drive abit far to know i won't waste my money.

Minus 5 stars if I could, I waited 1 hour and 24 minutes for an order? It's was a simple share box, took them 1 hour and 24 minutes to prepare and the chips was cold also? What can I say, how in the world is this allowable? How is this even possible and who allows such things to happen. I should have bluntly refused the package and asked for a refund. I am utterly disappointed and I will rather drive to Heumwood before I ever order here again.

They were busy at the time and there was a lady taking order with her digital tablet jobbing further down the line. Queue was quick, order arrived in good time too.

However... Quick and efficient always.

The food at McDonald's Linton Grange is really good, however, the service through Uber Eats is appalling. Almost every time it takes close to an hour to arrive (even when it's a small order and I live close by). I have had to call the restaurant several times in the past to make sure my order is actually on the way. The point of ordering on an app is to save time and avoid having to phone in. Would definitely not recommend.

Staff do not do their best. Not the first time I have experienced lack lustre service from this store. Got order wrong and were not very helpful with trying to rectify. Staff a bit rough around the edges. Could benefit from customer service training....

One of the best McDs in Gqeberha. Can tell that the fries are made fresh as well as the food. My go to for a mega McMuffin meal!
