Even though the main anchor Makro has gone, I went to the plastic shop and was amazed athe huge range of products they have.
Everything kitchen, kids toys, tools, motor car accessories, Christmas trees.
We didn't realise they had already closed for the day but there were still many clients shopping. No reminders, just good old fashioned helpful service. Pricing incredibly inexpensive. Can highly recommend for Christmas shopping, toys gifts stationary plastic ware.
I even tok some pictures. Will post if I can find them

Hi all
I was at Metlife mall today just to get a few things as it is mothers day. My daughter takes me all over because I'm in a wheelchair. Needless to say when we got there we could not park in the disability parking as a customer waiting for someone was parked in a loading zone, someone offloading was parked in the disabled parking. I eventually asked the person offloading to move as we need to park.
I went looking for security to ask about the R500 fine for people parking illegally and was told I need to report to center management. I asked where that is and again was told they are not there today.
Why then put up signs that say you will be fined if no one does anything?
Think I should rather go to Baywest from now on. At least we have no problem with parking there

I had to upgrade to 5. Its my 1st visit in a long time. The centre is clean and security is visible. They are also friendly and even greet the pattrons

Someone bumped my vehicle whilst it was parked at Metlife Mall and just left. Hopefully there are cameras.

Good centre. Checkers, Checkers Liquor, all bank ATMs make it worthwhile aside for the other retailers.

Not over crowded, tho we went on a weekday. Pleasant ... Will visit there more often in fiture
