Highly disappointed by the services of nandos today. If they aren't willing to serve, they can politely refuse saying that we are closing.

Firstly, told us that no breast pieces are available. We agreed but look at what was given to us. Plain pieces without any sauce on them.

Also the drink that is always added with the deal was refused to add and we paid additional R40 which otherwise would have costed R16.

We are regular customers. So much so that the staff knows us well now. Even then, being treated like this just made us sad. Waiting to be heard. Thank you

I went there to buy take away and i cannot express how annoyed they made me. I have been going there for some time now and they really seem to have a problem when you ask for some extra sauce. Firstly, they will not put any sauce and when you point the extra sauce on the order to them, they drench it as shown in the picture. This happens too regularly and there seems to be nothing in place to curb this. I truly hope they can do better.

I ordered a wrap here with some extra halloumi on Sunday night. I have been as sick as a dog since, food poisoning from the halloumi - as this was the only thing my partner and I did not share. 3 days of constant vomiting and now intense stomach cramps - I have paid good hard earned money to this place to be put in misery for a week. Have never been so sick in my life and almost had to go to hospital.

Avoid! Obviously very unhealthy conditions

Food always awesome and fresh. Better than the Cape Road branch, in my opinion.

The first time we had takeaways we were disappointed as we usually only go to the one in Cape Rd, and last night I thought to give them a second go... Disappointment is not even the word for it.. The chicken was burned yet again and my corn.... Let's just leave it PG13.. one thing is for sure I would definitely not be supporting Nando's Metlife at all going forward..
