Pick 'n Pay Newton Park

After bringing huge discrepancies on my till slip to the managers attention a few months ago and was met with a blank face! I decided not to support this store again! I’ve been shopping weekly here in NP for 15 years and have noticed the shop and staff are not what they used to be!
Today I popped in to get a few items as I shopped at another store in the complex and once again was overcharged. Pure and utter theft! Never again.

The store seems chaotic and badly set-up. Staff are nice enough but no one is in a terrible hurry to do anything. Sorry to say, but I won't shop in this store.

I have never been so disappointed in my life.
If you steal somthing from pick n pay and the security spot you , you can just go put it back it is fine and walk out again , i had to explain to my 4 year old why the uncle took all the stuff from underneath his shirt and left out the door without anyone doing anything to him when i asked the security by the door she said its their policy like that same man can just go outside and broke into a car or steal someone handbag , i use to come out my area to pick n pay newton park and today was my last time shopping by you guys!

Was in your store this morning door's was only opening at 9:05.. Got to the tills and all cashiers was still counting their money had to wait more 10 minutes before I was helped,, very unhelpfull and not answering any of my questions. NO GREETINGS AT ALL..Myself is working in retail for 42 yrs,, that's no way to help any customer or tried a customer .. Sorry that Shop s/be close or all staff need more training on customer service

Worst shop ever, lines are always long, staff is always overwhelmed, supervisors don't care nor do they assist the staff, its a mess, no client services at all

The staff who work in the aisles should replace the cashiers. They are so friendly and helpful. Cashier took ridiculously long to assist even though there was only one customer in front of me. When she EVENTUALLY 'helped' me she scanned my item without a hello and then pointed at the card machine to inform me that it was ready. Seriously, my dog has a better personality. Plus, no social distancing in your store.

The Cashiers are unfriendly and rude. The bagger person seems to forget that I need to eat the food that she slams into the bags. There are never enough tills open and so you stand in line for up to 20 minutes waiting to pay. The managers do not seem to care as they are to busy buying their lunch from the deli. The only reason I go there is because they are right across the road from my office. USELESS!! totally USELESS!!!
