This place gets full and sometimes that slows down the order time compared to other Roman's Pizza places. Nonetheless, the staff is very friendly and professional. The online order service is also efficient and better. Well, all the times I make a purchase here in person I wait between 20 and 30 minutes or more. That's not a good time for "fast food". If only, they can be a little bit more quicker.

The place is always clean and they have a great customer service. They also observe the covid protocols very well. I also like that they have disabled parking bays and the security personnel are visible and it's a great place to order from online or pay a visit. No negative experience yet.

Roman's Pizza never disappoints. The pizzas are always tasty and the ingredients fresh. The staff is friendly. Look out for the specials as it's value for money.

I love the pizza served to us . Nicely packed for take away . Good qaulity food . I will return anytime .

Was very disappointed today when I sat down on one of the chairs on the deck waiting for my partner that went into the bank as the teller was offline. The shop was not even open for customers yet when the cashier came and chased me away from the chair in such a rude way. Firstly, We eat here all the time and secondly there was no patrons here yet as the shop was not yet open. Because of this behavior, we won't support this Roman's anymore.

Not impressed, pizzas delivered an hour later and cold. No longer my go to place for pizza.

Staff are few and the process is painfully long, always on their phone(personal phone), talking between themselves while people are waiting to be served.
