Stayed in the family cottage. It is a beautiful place. Neat and clean. Enjoyed the stay. Felt like a Home away from Home. Thank you to the owners for accommodating us. They are a lovely and friendly couple. Wish i could of stayed longer as it was really lovely.

We stayed in the garden cottage. It was private, clean and comfortable. It was a pleasure to deal with the staff who were friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely not hesitate to book there again when we are back in PE.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was neat and modern and had everything we needed. We loved the big comfy bed. The host was friendly and gave us great travel advice for the area and the rest of our trip. I would definetely recommend Umoya Cottages.

We stayed in the Family cottage. Very clean and good location. Service not so good. Not full dstv as advertised on website. Phoned specifically to check if there is a hairdryer, no hairdryer. We were 6 people, only had 5 towels. No dishwashing liquid or dishcloth, or even a small bath soap. Struggled for almost 40min to get tv and wifi sorted. Luckily the two ladies that is renting next door was very helpful.

Umoya cottages ! really can’t think a better place to live when in port Elizabeth. We stayed near about 6 months never felt I am out side of my native place. Cottage is very clean, centrally located where shopping malls, supermarkets are too near. Cool place with lovely, friendly u0026 supportive hospitality.
Last but not least Umoya cottage are very safe u0026 secure for family u0026 all who really enjoy vacation u0026 work without stress during stay in PE.

The people are seriously so accommodating, friendly and they go the extra mile. Thanks ladies for all your passions you help me out. Without your assistance i would of lost my mind. I would definitively book my stay at your place again.

I've been travelling and sleeping in so many places. From 5 stars places to no star places. I've never ever experienced anything like I experienced with Umoya Cottages.

My partner and I booked their property through *****b. The day before we booked we even confirmed with the owner to recheck if the place was available and it was available for two months. We booked and put down the deposit for one month, got a message from its owner about their rules. A week later we got a msg from *****b our reservation got canceled without any explanation. We contacted the owner again and she said our *****b's account isn't verified. If you want to book with us again you're welcome to rebook. When we went to see the place on booking platform it was double the price so we left it at that and found somewhere else.

There were no apologies for the inconvenience they've caused, whatsoever. HOW RUDE!
