Hi there, I had to find accommodation quite quickly on Friday evening the 29 November 2019 as I did not expect to have to stay the night over in Port Elizabeth and it was early evening. I spoke to Thembisa, told her that I was in a predicament and needed a place to stay for the night. She said she would phone the owner Andiswe, as he was not there.
Within 5 minutes I had a room which was tastefully decorated, clean and the double bed was extremely comfortable.
I had a pleasant stay and the staff member , was polite and professional.

I would strongly recommend this guest house.

Pictures given are accurate, but nowhere do they say how hard the mattresses are.. We rented 2 bedrooms for me and my colleague and the fact that the rooms were separated by a hallway and only one room had a bathroom is a bit weird. I think Shammah has a lot of potential to be top notch, but is let down by a few factors which make it disappointing.

The room was fine but we had to be quite like school kids as we could not even laugh to enjoy our holiday and that was 5minutes after our arrival.As a responsible adult couple we felt treated like kids and we did not enjoy our stay.We wont be going back there any time at all

A very relaxed and great vibe place. The owners are accommodating and friendly people all round.

The host's are just filled with positivity. You can conversate with ease. The scenery is AMAZING #IGworthy
