I called looking for an item. I was advised of what they had, and the lady suggested I come to store as they have a variety. I went and the service was exceptional. Not only did I get pointed to the right department, but the sales lady who helped me was excellent. Helpful, available but not overbearing.

They did'n had the right size items I was looking for in stock and ordered it in store. I received delivery 2 days after. Very efficient

These guys online "Click and collect" From the onset the process was simple and efficient. They made doing business with them an absolute pleasure. The turn around time from order to collection was basically 1 day.

Very helpful amd even got telephonic feedback on an order I placed. But then I got a text a week later to say my order had been cancelled. No reason was given and I was advised to get in touch with the store if it was a mistake.

I took my bicycle tyre in for repair but forgot it there by accident. They kept it safely for me and I made an EFT payment. A friend went to pick up the tyre on my behalf but they accidentally made her pay the bill as well.

I informed them of this oversight and with just 2 back and forth emails they immediately paid me back and apologised. If only all companies handles mistakes and oversights like this. Promptly, professionally and without any hassle from my side.

Overall, excellent service.

BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, AND THIS WAS AT 5PM ON A FRIDAY WHEN EVERYONE IS NORMALLY TIRED. I COULD NOT WAIT TO REVIEW THIS STORE!
