Dr Nel is an amazing vet. By the time we left my min pin who hates the vet had a new friend. Easily the most anxiety free vet visit my dog and I have both ever had. Their vet store is also very good with a wide variety of equipment, toys and quality food.

Excellent service from the team. I was called with an update on my puppy after his operation.

They come out and fetch your animal from your car on drop off and bring them out to you on collection. This really helps a lot!

I have been a client since the practice first opened and all four of my Cavalier King Charles spaniels have been patients since then. Brodie and Reilly are the current patients and it says a lot that they are never nervous of going for visits and we really do feel part of the family. My dogs have been well-cared for and healthy and I have had the privelege of all of them living their full expected life-span.

Wonderful caring practice with lovely support staff. Dr Kerr has helped my aging Great Dane see out her last days pain free with her Acupuncture and Muscle Stimulation treatments.

I would like to thank the team at Southern Cross Vet for the kind and caring assistance that they gave to our beloved Ammie. Dr Kelly was so special and treated her with such love and kindness. Ammie was admitted to the practice numerous times over 3 months, she was very nervous but eventually realized that she was loved and well cared for by all there. It was a very traumatic time for us all but in the end she landed up with her fur friends up above. We sure will miss our special and precious little one Ammie. May she rest in peace

Snoop, injured his back in December last year and has been having acupuncture since then. He is so happy and mobile now (apart from being blind) and I think he loves his visits for his acupuncture. He is now on maintenance and happy as larry....
