Saturday evening, long lines both in and outside,scotching hot and no sufficient AC. One persin helping at the counter. To top it all off, card machines aren't working and nobody cared to make an announcement. So you stand in a long line only to be told you can't pay at the counter. Very disorganized like the rest of Port Elizabeth.

Their service is pathetic as well as their customer care agents! I filled out the survey and the customer care line wasn't working when they called me so I hung up because I kept saying hello and no one answered. I then received an email that they tried to contact me I should provide an alternative number. I responded to the email and still haven't received a call back, it's been 2 months.

DO NOT ORDER THE BOX MASTER HERE! The box master has gotten substantially smaller while the price has increased - shameful

The store can be packed with customers waiting for their orders, all standing looking at them and the staff take their time to get the orders out all while still having time for them to fool around while customers are standing and looking at them waiting on their order.

They just renovated the place, seems like they replaced the old staff as well with incompetent staff. This use to be one of the best kfcs

The store was super busy but the ladies team we on top of their game. We must not keep quiet when people are performing so well under tremendous pressure. Keep it up guys.

I enjoy the food and the service here . Nice revamp done to the place not long ago .

Generally a great experience but they can get super busy and they have improved a lot in terms of the customer experience and yes they tend to prioritize the drive through

So.. choose carefully what really helps if if you order online and then just pick it up via drive through or instore

I ordered online with collection instore. I paid at 18h11 and after 30 min I went to ask about my order. There were no one on the front desk to assist customers and there were people who wanted to order. When I called, the lady said they are short staffed and the lady at the till didn't say it was a online order. No apology at all, but the delivery guys are being helped quickly. I took photos to show no social distancing and not all of the delivery guys masks is covering their face properly. Not my first bad experience at this KFC. Not impressed waiting 40 minutes to get my food. Then the government can open the restaurants as well.
