We booked a 3 night stay (15-18Dec) and from the start there were concerns and issues unfortunately. The gardener checked us in and no COVID regulations were followed upon check in. There was no manager on duty for the duration of our stay. This was a big problem since we had different guests staying 2 of the nights with us in the guesthouse. These guest did not follow any of the COVID regulations and treated the guesthouse as if it was their own house with no regards for other guests. When contacting the manager who stays literally hours away from the property she indicated that we need to ask the gardener to talk the guests. Needless to say we had two very long and loud nights with basically no sleep and my wife was insulted by one of these guest during their check out which was unacceptable. The lack of management is appalling specially for a guesthouse where a on site manager is key to ensure safety and compliance of rules. The 4 star rating is not accurate in my opinion at all. I would not stay there again even if offered free accommodation.

This place has poor customer service and poor living conditions. Living right next to the staff, while they are chatting outside the window till late at night, NO PRIVACY

WiFi is POOR as in the unit there is not even a one bar connection.

Air-conditioner not working in the middle in summer, how has this not been tested and noted down before us as guests arrive.

Clean, neat and comfortable with very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely make use of the accommodation again, only suggestion I would make is to have a small bar fridge in the room.

Awesome stay, great value! Staff are amazing, Rose the manager was so helpful and kind, Florence the nanny was amazing, both loved our little two year old daughter who loved them in return. Swimming pool was an added bonus. All in all a fantastic stay and will be back when we are in PE again!

Pathetic!! Bad experience for us. My wife was insulted by their worker only because I left early than her. She had to leave in a rush because this guy kept calling her names. No one was there for her to complain. Please change your stuff. Something have to be done about this!!

The host is way too rude...we rang the bell and stood outside for a good 10 minutes before anyone responded. We had to cancel our stay with them after a rude caretaker came to greet us! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! Infact we didn't get a chance to get inside because we were so exhausted to be treated that way. The host avoid certain calls we had to go out of our way to charge a phone that we first called with befire she picked up our call. The area is not too safe too..

Nice place, calm, equipped, comfortable, clean, secure. A bit cold at this time of the year, but room is equipped with heater. Hot water, clean shower. Inside yard parkings secure, pool, backyard garden well maintained. Rose and Florence are very kind and warm people. Thanks a lot! Rose, Jayden miss you ☺!
