Not bad it's a place to stay when your on a strict budget was disappointed with the manner that check out was handled

Very nice stay. It is a beautiful building, although clearly very old. Here and there a few aspects of the building needs to berepaired, yet, everything is impeccably neat and tidy. The decor inside is neat and trendy. The staff are friendly. The moment you walk in, they make you feel welcome and they treated me very well. Breakfast was basic, but well prepared. I had dinner at the hotel a few nights and each time it was brilliant. You really must have dinner here. The chef takes care to make the meal special. Not all the rooms have fridges, but there is a communal fridge available. There are many places to go to very close to the hotel too.

My husband and I slept over in the Ramsay room. Very clean. Comfortable king bed! Shower was cold though. We were told to wait until it gets warm, but feeling sticky from a long drive, we could not wait and had a cold shower the evening. We were woken early morning from noise coming from the adjacent room at 5am! Apparently the walls are very thin and we could hear the conversation of the family in the adjacent room! Very helpful staff. The place is ok if you just want to sleep over for the night!

Beautiful building with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room servicing. Breakfast was ordinary in choice and quantity. A leisurely stroll from St George's Park and close to the airport.

Terrible dinner, not enough food for breakfast. Can't handle a lot of guests at one time it seems. Rooms clean. No remote for TV. Ground floor rooms no burglar bars

The area it is located in is not the most healthy places. But the hotel is quaint, the staff are absolutely friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are tasty.
