Cathy was wonderful from our arrival to departure. Her place had so much serenity and tranquility. A wonderful reception we recieved. The kids loved it. I shall see you soon Cathy. Thank for everything. Your place is a place where one can runaway from the problems and just relax.

A great place with amazing atmosphere. Cathy (owner) can't do enough for you. The guest house is also centrally located which makes it a breeze getting to places quickly as everything is in walking distance.
You feel at home when staying here. I would highly recommend staying here.

Zareba Bu0026B responding to Jacques Van Wyks' review:
Jacques van Wyk was part of a group of swimmers who showered up to 3 times a day. Had they observed and respected the fact that we are in a crippling drought by showering less, they would've had enough hot water.
We have secure off street parking so it was unnecessary to park on street where his hubcaps were removed, not his wheels as he states!
We went out of our way to accommodate the groups' needs, affording them very early check in, access to the main kitchen, this all without prior arrangements. Our cleaning staff were given very little time, if any, to service their rooms as they returned after their early morning swim.
Insofar as noise goes, this is my home and I entertain friends and family from time to time but am always considerate of my guests. In fact it was their group who spoke and played their music very loudly with no consideration for other guests.
An all round very unpleasant experience!

Great hospitality, welcomed us with arms opened. Kathy has been great, provided us with everything we need and was a great host. The guest house was comfortable and the food was good, overall great experience.

One star is too much. If dog pee smells, dog pooh and dog hair all over is your thing, then this is the place. The pictures on the internet is deceiving....trust me, I was there. When I complained to Cathy, she tried justifying it. So I left and wasn't reimbursed.

Love the family dogs. Rooms are amazing and Kathy is an amazing person. Nice people and very accommodating with your needs. For sure a home away from home. Thanks Kathy and team.

It was not a pleasant stay, due to water that was always cold and the host always had parties here and made lots of noise. Breakfast was not good at all!! Had to park outside, there was no parking for my car and the wheels got stolen. If I could I would notgive stars.
