I haven’t even checked out but wooooooooow what amazing service. Rooms are beautiful. The hotel is nice and clean but the gem of this hotel is their receptionist Thabisa! Warm, friendly and overall very welcoming!

Would definitely highly recommend!

We stayed in a suite with a sea view, very spacious with a kitchenette, large lounge and 2 en suite bedrooms.
Breakfast was disappointing...lacked the variety that one usually finds at Southern Sun. Hotels...also didn't seem fresh.
No real swimming pool area, tiny splash pool , no sun loungers or chairs.or plants/ astroturf.

The rooms are amazing! Large and indulgent... hell... there's a little breakfast area and even an entertainment 'lounge'.

The staff, too, are really amazing - whatever they can do for you, they do it brilliantly.

The food is good, but the menu could better reflect the expanse the hotel wants to engender.

Had a wonderful stay though! Highly reccommend

We loved our 4 night stay and the service never faltered. Breakfast was fantastic everyday. Cannot fault the hotel in any way.

A beautiful view and setting, but disappointing place for lunch. I was hoping for toasties, tramazinnis, wraps, salads, etc., but they only had very heavy meals that are usually for dinner. They're short staffed in the bar and restaurant and despite at many points being the only table to serve, the bartender didn't check in to see if we needed refills until he came to the table to bring our meals. All round service was slow, and the meal options were limited, the steak was seriously overdone but the rest of the meals were alright.
