Overall value for money and love the size of the room for the price...needs a bit of TLC ...the wooden steps to the upstairs rooms felt a bit scary...looks like it might collapse...but it did hold the weight of my very heavy luggage. Just little things ...like the torn curtains and broken glass in the shower was a bit of an eyesore.
Cleanliness good...but it might be nice to dust the sheets before a new guest arrives.Quite dusty bedding but I don't want to complain because I did stay in a Road lodge room that was half the size of this. Quite close to the beach...two minutes walk...yes and the surrounding environment is beautiful. Would have liked to stay in the main house but I did not know that the manager was staying there.
The bookshelf looked quite inviting. By the way I have been here now for just a couple of hours...and it is going well.

I'm sorry but seeing more cockroaches that I can count on both hands and this on the first night raised many red flags regarding cleanliness.

I reluctantly used the unit's utensils fearing that they aren't cleaned either. Opened the microwave door and roaches came running from under it.

Dust everywhere, and services advertised are somehow only relevant to certain units even though I paid for it and double checked when I was told this. I will definitely deep clean after this stay.

It's very beautiful from the outside. There is also a park outside the premises and it's so peaceful.
There's lots of pot plants amd greenery on the premises. There's also a fish pond and a small pool to swim.
To me the apartment got a real antique feel.
My apartment was very cozy with a comfortable double bed, television with satellite, free wifi, shower area, toilet and wash basin, microwave oven, fridge with cutlery and crockery.
No smoking is allowed in the rooms, but they do cater for smokers. You can sit outside on chairs and smoke and relax.
The manager is also a friendly and pleasant person.

These people are frauds and steal your money! I went there and paid but mistakenly realized that i was at the wrong place and immediately called the owner about the situation as i am not from PE. The owner said that he will see what he could do and if he can't get the room filled for the day, he would only be able to send me 50% of the payment, which i agreed on.
I have the verbal conversation documented on whatsapp and will upload it shortly as you can all see how unprofessional he was basically going back on his words and blocking me. You will see in the chat that he was completely unprofessional and you will also see that i was not at all rude. All i wanted was for him to revert the payment wether it be the full amount or 50% of it.
I was shocked at how childish the owner acted and im sure you will be too.

Completely unprofessional and disgusting behavior from the owner.
There are plenty of much better places in PE to go to that are far better and offer much better accommodation.
I will never recommend them to anyone ever.

The stay was not at all great. The TV stopped working the next day, the WiFi connection was poor. It’s called a bed and breakfast but there was no breakfast there. I never saw the staff, I only saw owner briefly for only two days. So there was definitely no visibility if anyone were go could have assisted with any of the questions I would have had.

The towels, carpets, cups, pillows were also not the best. The place did not feel safe, although I won’t go into great detail about that. The only good thing is that the place appeared to have been cleaned daily because the bin would be clean everyday I would come back.

To make matters worse, the owner said no visitors were allowed, yet on my last night there, there was a massive parties thrown by one of the guests and there were a lot of people who did not stay there. So to whom did the no visitors policy apply? I was absolutely exhausted the mornings because of all the loud noise made by other guests.

I would not recommend Beachway to anyone. It was really the worst experience for me and it has ruined all Bu0026b’s for me, as I felt that the owner and the staff did not really care.

Bu0026B is a very nice location. Close to the beach, restaurants, shopping centre and casino. Was disappointed with the rooms. Booked rooms 3 u0026 7. Room 3 has very poor lighting, no mirror and very dirty. Kitchen counters in both rooms were grimy and dirty. Cocroaches in both rooms. Room 7 has a huge gap in the bathroom door so no privacy especially if you sharing a room. Housekeeping didnt supply fresh towels, they hung back the used towels. Shuttle service that's offered costs R100 from airport to Bu0026B and its an untidy bakkie used for maintenance /construction work.
Definitely won't be staying there again...

We are very impressed with the accomodation.
The best we have had on our entire road trip from Toti to Cape Town.
Happy to recommend this establishment.
