An average sort of hotel. Amazing views though.
The breakfast is average but the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I don’t like the bathrooms much but I’ll probably be back as I travel often for business and this hotel is “good enough” value for money.
The elevator is a bit dodgy...

There was No hot water on the ground floor. I notified them at 4pm. They asked me to give it until 6pm to sort it out. I went out and returned at 9pm and still nothing. COLD shower. It then took them until 10:57 to finally find a room with hot water for me.
No apology, instead I get attitude from the lady at reception.
My colleague's room air conditioner doesn't work.
They claim to have refurbished rooms - that's the bathroom and paint.
The whole hotel smells stale smoke.

The breakfast was really good. Thank goodness for that!

I wouldn't turn here. And I'll be giving this feedback to my company so we never get booked here again.

I really enjoyed my stay there, the rooms were clean u0026 its located close to the beach. The receptionist wasn't nice. The other thing that disturbed me was I slipped u0026 fell during breakfast on something slippery on the floor. None of the hotel staff came to clean up the slippery stuff that made me fall. The guests were kind u0026 helped me up. I could have been really injured. I also didn't like that they served the same menu every single day. I enjoyed my stay but I personally wouldn't book there again.

I have no reason to fault this establishment. It isn't in the best of nick but it's under renovations so time will tell. I found it frustrating that I had to wait a further two hours upon arrival before I could check in, and even then, my room wasn't ready. I arrived in the afternoon. I accept that they had been fully booked and probably overwhelmed the night before owing to the SA vs IRE test match but as a patron, it's still frustrating to wait. Surely the unoccupied rooms could be paused and my room attended to promptly?

That being said, everyone at the hotel, besides one really horrible staff member, was courteous and polite. The horrible staff member in question, though, was terrible at taking our meals orders and got everything universally wrong. My friend received a rump instead of sirloin, my steak had the wrong sauce and was mixed with a well done steak, a cheese sandwich turned out to be a ham sandwich, and so on. I also had a filthy used fork for dining purposes, so I had to have that swapped out and the lady serving us didn't even blink twice when she saw it. Nonetheless, overall, the breakfasts were great, the buffet was nice, and the facilities were adequate.

We were pleasantly surprised by this 3-star hotel. After doing an on-line booking and upon arrival, Front Office smoothly allotted us one of the newly-renovated rooms. We met the Manager in passing, who was welcoming and down-to-earth; and other employees we interacted with were well disposed. Facilities included unlimited Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and room service – but what really stood out was the breakfast, which was verily delectable and well above expectations. I commend Management on their refurbishment efforts, as well as warm hospitality!

Luckily I was sponsored the R350.00 for Christmas lunch as it was not up to standard. I felt like our table was in the servants quarter, I looked onto two fire extinguishers ???? even though I had asked for the doors to be closed, plus under the coffee machine it was dirty, ???? and also I looked onto a blue empty glass crate. The rice was mushed and the vegetables terrible.
Our waitress was excellent and smiled all the time. At least the coffee was for free.

I had a very bad experience in this place, on my arrival the secretary gave me a bad attitude when I was asking a simple question which room has sea view she said she does not know.

I called house keeping for ironing to my surprise all iron are not functioning such that wel it burnt my shirt the ironing board is falling apart. My room phone was not working and requested it to be fixed nothing happened.
