Had a wonderful stay at this place. Friendly staff , room nice and tidy and very modern. Food was great, the spa was an absolute blissful experience. Only the carpets needs to be replaced other than that it was an awesome stay. ????

The hotel needs maintenance and furniture replaced. The bedding was stained and the pillows smelled of sweat. The carpets are badly stained and needs to be replaced as well. The tiles in the shower had water marks all over it. There was a function on my stay and it was noisy and unpleasant. The staff are friendly and tried their best. The overall experience was so terrible I left at 5 o'clock the next morning just to get out of there.

The place is clean, protocols are followed, staff is very helpful. I enjoyed the birthday celebration we had there. And the food was delicious.

We made a reservation for last Thursday the 2nd of December. This was confirmed and logged. On the actual day when we arrived we were told the place is fully booked and unfortunately can not be catered.
Whilst we were still shocked about

this we were told we can make use of a boardroom. The lady who was at the reception told us it's the managers fault. We spoke to the manager who acknowledged the double booking and he said he can organize a glass of juice for this inconvenience.Pathetic considering the amount of time and planning spent on this.

I don't know why it's called a 5 star Hotel there is nothing 5 star about it
The staff is unfriendly and no customer service, it was raining when we left and the staff didn't even offer us an umbrella. Their breakfast is extremely disappointing. We booked for 2 yet towels were only for 1 person. When you call reception the phone doesn't go through. Interior and furnishing is outdated. Only thing I can say was good is the spacious room and bathroom.

Worst experience ever.The place is bad.No holistic experience.We went there for full body massage.No welcome drink,even if it was pure water it would have been better.
Gowns are dirty,old wrinkled. Make up marks on them.They didn't feel clean at all.

Massage room not inviting

Massage beds with grey old towels,with Covid around I didn't feel safe at all.

The ladies are good with massaging but whats the point of having a massage in a space that doesn't make you comfortable and safe

I wouldn't recommended to anyone.
