It was not what I personally expected. The braai didn't have the traditional "fire" taste as in the other Black Impala n more spending to get a decent meal. We were not happy with the veggies preparation and the Manager made it worse by saying it was prepared the previous day. Food looks nice in the eye but not in the taste.

This is Black Impala the Harbour branch and having experienced the service in the Delparty branch here I was shocked and disappointed. Firstly Monday they serve ulusu free on the other branch and because of the crowd I was willing to go and buy ulusu on this one as the specials are not the same. Bottom line I just wanted ulusu. So I get there explain to the waitress that I want ulusu for me and my husband and we are sitting. She turned and said you have to pay to sit, I was confused and asked her to repeat what she said. She said if you want to sit you have to pay a tip. I answered saying "Isn't that obvious??" Fast-forward she brings the meal I plastics packed for take away. I kindly asked her to please dish the meal and helped by the other lady.

We get the meal and we thought for all the trouble this must be nice. Lord I didn't see a peace of ulusu in that meal. Liphaphu chopped in small slices. I gave up ate the veggies and asked them to package it and I gave it ro my dog, that's what it looked and tasted like. So never will I ever set my foot there if I want ulusu I will have to go to delparty and endure the noise and crowd just to have the right meal.
