A while ago I wanted to buy and pay for items at beverage shop. The lady was quite rude and I did report her to management. I also bought shoes on sale reading size 6 instead it was a size 9. When I tried to return them I was told the deadline for sale returns had expired. When I bought them nobody informed me that there was a deadline for returns however it apparently was printed on the slip unfortunately I never read the fine print. I did ask to see the manager and 30 minutes later I was still waiting and left.

Great service in Sunglass Hut by Johan and team. Service around Levis mans section a little slow and tired. No fire under that lot.

Walmer Mall had the best Christmas Decorations I've ever seen in a mall. Something different around every corner.....just fabulous

Always clean. Lots of variety of stores available for different budgets. Good coffee shops available but could do with 1 "fast food" place like Burger King or Mc Donalds.

Best shop all under one roof. Clothes, fresh food, prepared food, bedroom-, living room-, bathroom essentials. The coffee shop is a must visit.

Some back to school items in January is always on the cards and emergency formal wear come reunion time was a lifesaver!

Very good service indeed. I love the hospitality at W Cafe, great food from free range eggs to homemade juice recipes.The staff os is friendly and ver helpful. My favourite in Port Elizabeth.
