I got my order in the quickest time I ever expected. Despite the load shedding they tried to pull the job off and it was great pizza and a good special too. The place is neat, but small. Not for a lot of sit down customers who are going in large numbers ... But for a couple, yes.

Staff so friendly and professional. I got impressed.

This is not the first time I'm not happy with my pizza from this branch. Today it was worse. My pizza was so burnt and very hard, the base felt like I was eating biscuit. From other times the pizza is so dry and the filling is almost none.

Just ask the lady to put ons of the 5 pizzas I were planning on ordering s Ham on the other ons my guests just want pineapple on it not ham and pineapple. She dismissed my request and told me in a very very abrupt manner. NO she will not do it. The way she spoke to me I left and went to Fabios they did it without my request being a burden

The service looked like, everything was superb. I arrived in this Debonairs in Hermanus and ordered a deal for 2 large pizzas for R129,90 it was a creamy chicken and a seasonal veg I waited 15 minutes and nothing came out then 2 ladies came after me ordered and got their food before me, and i also waited another 10min then on of the ladies who is a pizza maker came out and ask for my sleep to start making my food, I didn't ask her anything since she looked busy with her dirty hands full of tomato concase. Another ten minutes waiting period, and not even an apology was given but only to find out the delivery guy came and took my food order that was matching his, tho he didn't have a slip for his order he managed to pick up my food to his customers, and made me wait for another 20 minutes without any apology given they acted nomal. When I went to ask for my food I was told your food is still in the oven as if it's normal, I worked as a trainer manager for Panarottis pizza and pasta under spur co-operation for 12 years and the service I got in Hermanus Debonairs this evening left me with so much questions for their branch
