Accommodation was great for a stay with young children. Mine are 3 years and 6 months. The rooms and space in general is large. Really nice bath if you have youngsters. This room could fit 2 adults and 3 kids in the second room.
Martin was lovely. Very accommodating to my son who wanted to pick up snails from the garden (odd request). He lit a lovely fire for us in the evening and as it was just 2 ladies and young kids also ensured we were fine and even drove me to pick up some take out.
Breakfast was good. We had a lovely stay and hope we can return soon and maybe spot some whales next time

Our stay at Port Del Mar was amazing. Martin and Rochelle are the perfect hosts. They welcomed us with open arms and attended to all our needs. We felt right at home the moment we walked through the doors. Our accommodation(two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, lounge and dining area) was luxurious and comfortable with a fireplace as an added bonus. The attention-to-detail in every room, show Martin's passion for the Leisure Accommodation Industry. The Annex were equiped with a Full DSTV package as well as proper Wifi, something you do not find at other accommodations. The breakfasts were huge and scrumptious. Best guest house I have stayed in. Clean. Friendly. Rustic bar. Small detail to spacious rooms are amazing. Well located. The family dog is Happy.

Wonderful setting in the middle of Hermanus for fun in the sun with 10 of us, unpretentious comfort and farm kitchen, each in a luxury room, easy stroll to the beach or a hop skip and jump into the soal Cafe with live entertainment. We are taking bookings.

This place is so nice and it is close to the restaurants and the beach. Very peaceful and very safe. The owners are very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely go back there.
