We received excellent service from Wine Hoppers! The were extremely accommodating with our group of 8 ladies and went out of their way to make us happy. We would happily use Wine Hoppers again in the future!

Your R350 is paying for the experience and for VIP treatment. No wine or other services are included, it is only about the experience. Our driver, Tobela was great but we were so stressed when he arrived we hardly enjoyed the first wine farm. The communication from this company sucks. We were left waiting for half an hour in the sun despite being told that they are “five minutes away”. We then had to drive with the 11:30 booking. Luckily there was enough space. The week before this, two of our friends could no longer make it and I was assured they could get their money back. I have sent four emails and I have not had a single reply. Someone in the company is not coping with their job and their incompetence in letting the entire company down. Also, when using this company please make sure to make bookings at the wine farm to avoid disappointment. We met a German couple who were told by the company it won’t be necessary to make a booking the day before for Creation wine farm but when they booked on the day the wine farm was fully booked. What a pity. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I love it. It's so much fun when I try different wines on different farms. Great experience!

We did the Wine Hoppers Tour in Hermanus on a rainy day and had a really nice time. The drivers took good care of us and were always asking when to pick us up for the next wineyard. The best wineyard on the route is Creation. If you want to have lunch there please book in advance!

Awesome way to get to 3-4 wine farms in a day. Excellent service, I highly recommend it.

We had an amazing time on the Wine Hoppers tour. Will definitely be doing it again.

I have taken this tour multiple times and enjoyed it but today the service was absolutely ridiculous. We were told that our pick up time would be at 1 giving us a good 40min to enjoy the wine farm we are at but our driver decided to arrive early pick up guests who had a fair chance to experience their full 40 minutes (as they had arrived in the round before we did). He then turned to tell us that we will now have to wait until 2pm even though we only had one glass left to try and the time was 12:45... utterly disgusted.
