Look past the dated decor and a little closer at the hospitality and you would be amazed by this little gem. Cool fresh water , salad and papadoms as soon as you enter. Friendly and efficient staff. Look a little closer and you see the plates being freshly wiped clean plates. It's honest good food served with pride ... along way from Bangladesh.

Very Tasty Indian Cuisine but I waited for a good 25 minutes or so as the place is busy. The T-bone steak in a curry base was divine

Great service. Had the chicken tikka which was amazing, never ate naan bread before and I loved it... definetly coming back for more

The chicken tikka is to die for..The tandoori taste was just perfect Indian style. The only disappointment was I ordered Chicken nuggets and they gave me something different (bhajhias)

In jhb for a tournament and was looking for good food, went to Al Hamrah restaurant. What excellent food, never made a mistake. Restaurant neat, waiter very friendly and advised us what to take. Not disappointing at all. Best ever Bombay crush. If u guyz in jhb. Go to Alhamrah restaurant. Chow tops.

I don't see why someone shoild be forced to tip for services. I think it should depend on the client. Here waiters tell what so little tip or no tip.
