This is a total rip off, I recently ordered the double rack of ribs and chips, this was supposed to be 700g ribs, guess what I got for the whopping R219. 00 price? A total box of double ribs and chips that didn't even reach 700g and yes I weighed it, the ribs alone was not even 300g. After calling and complaining to the manager I was told that the 700g weight is before grilling, so that's the excuse..... I have never come across anything that loses more than half its size by grilling..... This is just blatant robbery ain and simple... I have purchased the double ribs and chips at other stores before and received close to the advertised weight. These guys are just ripping off customers..... Very disappointing, to the owners and head office, shame on you!!!

The Brand is one of the best out in takeaways, however at times this branch can make yoh a victim of precooked half cold and half warm food. Be carefull during quiet periods, during the day we tend to have cold patties, most likely prepared in advance along with refried chips. Best to go during the busy time to ensure freshly prepared burgers and fries.

Thought I'd try Steers again and it remains a disappointment.

Burger patty was overcooked, burger construction was poor, chips had a weird taste.

Try McDonald's or Burger King for both value and quality

Burgers and Pizzas are great but the French Fries are very unappetizing.

Great service, good food. Parking is a huge problem. Due to the awkward spot it's situated, parking is limited

Firstly they take 1 and a half hours. Then they give me 4 less burgers. Then I also checked twice to see where my order is and they say it's on the way. I don't recommend. I rather order somewhere else. Please don't make a bad decision. I'm disappointed and disgusted. Horrible service.

Good for a quick meal
