Its fine . I like that its a smaller mall so easy to navigate and shop quickly. Dont like the food court there its practically non exitent. But always clean and welcoming and convenient. Free parking is also a plus. Ample parking anytime of year. Love it. But no cinema or entertainment

Once upon a time it was THE mall in the northern suburbs. Today it’s a taxi hub with many commuters doing grocery and lower end shopping. It doesn’t feel like a safe place to be . Not for me

A smaller mall or a larger shopping centre (depends how you look at it), in the Balfour area. It's the go to place for those that reside in the area to get what they need. The mall houses your basic stores and services, from food, pet care, medication, shoe repairs, hardware, etc. Exercise caution, not the safest of places.

Balfour Park Mall needs more shops, too many empty shops It needs to become grand like it used to be. It still has such a Geat potential ❤️

Was fair but very boring
The shop mix was 90% clothes shops and the balance were no places of real interest
MTN store staff unlnowlegable
Checkers as usual good
Capitec service excellent
Staff there very helpful polite and caring making one happy to be an client of theirs
Wimpy was fair
No bookshops
Very boring and dull
