MTN Store - Balfour Park Shopping Centre

Why on a Friday afternoon in a busy mall at a time when customers come from work to shop and sort queries there's only 2 consultants in the shop with customers waiting over an hour to be assisted. Customers who just had 1 or 2 questions had to wait until the consultant was done. Why can't there be a consultant dealing with general walk- in queries???.Come on MTN you are one of the top 3 service providers if not the top, customer service must be a priority, surely?

The lady with long goldish, she was so rude, I was there just to pay my account, she asked me funny questions and I honestly told her I can only answer relevant questions not what I do with the phone, it's my phone
And then she said the system it's not pulling up my details and I should go around the mall do shopping, , that store need new people who are well trained..not those trashes I have to deal with

For the sake of God..I was paying my contract

Absolutely useless all around. They don't answer calls. If they do they don't get back to you. Go in store and you get flat-out ignored. They are just rude and impossible to work with. Manager included.

Rather take a drive to Sandton, summit road store and be treated with some customer care.
