I loved the aesthetic of this place, I took some really great pictures, we were a big group and they accommodated us. We were comfortable and free with no restrictions, the manager is doing a great job honestly, she even came to bid farewell as we were leaving. The pizza is top tier! And everything is super affordable

Such a great vibe. Many different activities for kids to explore. My 1 year old enjoyed it. Food was delicious and the portion good.

Took my niece there today and she LOVED it! Great place for the family too. Kids are well taken care of, well accommodated and planned for as they have a calendar of different activities throughout the month planned for them. I'd definitely go back to take kids there as well as recommend the place to others. Prices also reasonable. Four stars and not five because the service is very slow.

If you have not brought your child here then what are you waiting for??!!!
The staff are friendly and provide excellent service.
Its a clean and safe environment for children.

Took my 11 month old here, and she had lots of fun even though she was still very small for most of what the play area has to offer. The child minders are lovely. I had the ribs which was lovely, the pizza was unimpressive unfortunately. Overall the vibe is just lovely. I will definitely be back.

Food is average to good. Child minders are amazing. Service is slow and pathetic every time we go. The waiters have no clue on how to introduce themselves, take and repeat orders, mention the out of stocks/specials... Half the time they are chatting amongst one another instead of being focused and attentive to customers. A glass of tap water with ice took 20min and three requests to get onto my table. I never know who is serving us. And then I get dirty looks when I tip accordingly. The manageress is constantly on her phone every time I see her, and checks on tables half heartedly. She does not pay attention to her surroundings at all. The only reason we go back is because of the child minders and the play area.

If I wanted this kind of bad service, average food, and a place for my daughter to play I can go to McDonald's with no expectations and a quarter of the price.

Great concept. I honestly hope they improve.

Very family friendly... and like most super family friendly places the focus is on entertainment for kids. This is one of few establishments that takes kids entertainment seriously - they have a calendar of events just for them. On our visit on 29/01/2022 they had organised a disco night for the little ones and a mini indoor games night.

The other upside is that their food menu is designed to keep the adults happy too. I was very impressed with their menu options which cater to different pallets and budgets. The food experience was chalk and cheese compared to my previous visit (they've definitely upped their game since I was there in 2020).

There are plenty child minders on-site (please don't forget to tip them ????), so you can literally sit down for adult chat over a good meal, knowing your child is safe and well taken care of.
